Steps I am taking to protect us both:
- Everyone in the clinic is asked to wear a mask.
- I am also spacing out appointments so there will only be one patient in the common area at a time. Often there is only one patient in the entire clinic at a time but sometimes there may be one per treatment room. Each patient is asked to text or call when they arrive and I will let them enter the clinic once the space is cleared to do so.
- I am taking precautions in my personal life to best protect my patients.
- I am running HEPA filters in each room at all times.
- I am cleaning all surfaces in between patients and at the start and end of the day with medical grade cleaning products.
- I am coming to work freshly showered and in clean clothes.
- I am limiting my time in the room with each patient in order to reduce exposure times.
- I have always and will continue to wash my hands before and after entering and exiting rooms and during patient care.
- Our building is fairly quiet and foot traffic is very minimal. I rarely see others in the building and our parking lot is mostly empty.
- If you are high risk or live with someone high risk I can schedule you as the first appointment of the day just get a hold of me. I can also ensure you are the only person in the clinic during your entire visit.
